Hi, I’m Randy Rathbun and I am write Randy Rathbun dot org to offer up things I think are interesting in the world of technology, whether it is computers, electronics, amateur radio, or some other part of this whole “nerd culture.”
I started blogging back before there were blogs – somewhere around 1996. There were no fancy blogging applications, so everything had to be done by hand. I have always written about things I thought were fun and others seemed to think so too. Unfortunately, a lot of that old content is long gone to the great bit-bucket in the sky, but that just forces me to create new content.
I have been interested in electronics, amateur radio, and computers since 1978, and have been employed in the computer industry for the last 15 years doing everything from programming to network administration.
